What nerve!!!
I feel like tearing my hair out ( what ever little is left by now ) slowly, one by one and the pain i feel is nothing.... The young squirts on the news channels on the tele really get my goat. Will some one please tell them the following things 1. They are not on the editorial board. 2 They should give us the facts of the cases 3.They are not required to make up our minds for us. In simple words , they are not required to form an opinion for us ...we can reach a conclusion without their misguidance. All programme heads who can take out some time from their busy schedule ( partying, networking and whatever they call it now,) should send their programme anchors to a good newspaper for a crash course on REPORTING the FACTS.I do not want to be told that the 10odd people who died in an accident lost their lives due to the negligence of the Police ( even though the interview is taken of the CMO or head of hospital, and their death is due to an epidemic of sorts ) and only because the anchors are miffed that the SP of that place did not want to give his comments!!! Please stick to reporting , we are quite capable of reaching our own lopsided conclusions without your help. And while we are at it , we are NOT interested in MONICA BEDI and her tears. This clip should not be shown 24 hrs. Nor are we to be bored to a semi comatose state by repeated clips about the drivers of some obscure actors who nudged some pedestrians. Gawd....The way the anchors go on and on about nothing.. and the unnecessary stress on useless inputs is sure to raise the blood pressure to alarming levels.I am thinking of suing some channels ...they need to pay the premiums on my medical policy. I DONT WANT TO DIE YOUNG, BALD and HYPERTENSIVE. I feel ashamed and the sheer arrogance of the programme heads( who not only have low IQ levels themselves but also assume that their viewership consists of slobbering idiots)boils my blood.Puhlease ...we are NOT ready to lap up all the insipid and below par programmes that you shovel at us . Remember inspite of the hype about electronic media destroying the print media, the number of people who read books and other print material is on the increase.Increasingly , you are becoming the part of the problem rather than the solution.
